OdorTech of Canada accepts both Visa and Mastercard, as well as cheques or money orders. We use an SSL Secured server to collect your personal and credit card information, to ensure your safety and privacy. Information provided to us is used solely for the purpose of filling your Nok Out order - we do not share our customer information with any third party.

We realize that some customers may not feel comfortable in ordering through the internet. For this reason, you can always call us with your order on our toll-free order line at 1-877-466-5688, or mail or fax us your order using our convenient mail/fax order form. Please be sure to include your credit card details, or a money order, personal or business check with your order. Please be sure to enter the correct products and quantities. Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original packaging within 10 Days for a refund. Before returning your purchase, you must call or e-mail us to receive a Return Authorization. Refunds are less all actual shipping charges and handling fees. Shipments out of their original boxes, without Return Authorization will not be accepted for return.

We pack items very securely to ensure safe arrival. In the event of damage please notify us & the shipping company immediately. Please save all original packaging.

Delivery Items usually ship within 2 business days. Arrival time is generally 7-14 days. If you require expedited shipping, we can provide this for an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like to request this.
